Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou

Was welcomed and asked to take a seat, wasn't seen on time, did receive an apology,process wasn't explained to me or how long the lash lift would take. However, negatives aside, the young girl did an amazing job and I'm very happy with the results.

As always, the lovely ladies at The Beauty Refinery absolutely smashed it! I am so happy with my lashes. This is the first time I’ve ever had a lash lift & tint (or anything ever done to my lashes!!) but I will returning to get this treatment in the future. My lashes are full, lifted and look very natural yet flattering. Cannot recommend this enough. The ladies at so kind and patient.

Sade is really talented at lashes and brows- love the look of my lash lift and my brow tint. My brows look so much fuller! However, I have to say my appointment was 3pm, I was there at 2.55pm, but Sade was still busy with her nail client and I was left waiting for 30 minutes. Not Sade's fault if another client was booked in near my appointment, there was no way she could've finished the client on time. I kept being told she wouldn't be too long but it was 30 minutes. I would've appreciated being offered a drink whilst I waited or a small discount as my treatment was £49.

My lash lift with Sade was WOW! Considering she's only just finished her training, she made my little lashes look amazing! 😍

Just had a lash lift, brow tint, and manicure with Grace and she was absolutely fabulous! From start to finish, she made me feel so comfortable and pampered. My lashes and brows have never looked better – so natural but beautifully defined – and my nails are perfect. Grace is not only skilled and professional, but also kind and attentive.
