My daughter had a waxing session with Alisha and as a 13 year old she is very self conscious but she said Alisha made her feel at ease and comfortable. The waxing was done with ease and left no marks and was done quite quickly. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Thank you Alisha x

I attended a wet cupping session with Mubina today and was very impressed with the quality of care. Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results ..
