I had a brilliant hair consultation with Arran! He was super friendly and easy to talk to, really listened to what I wanted, and gave me honest, helpful advice. I came away with a clear idea of what will work best for me and feel much more confident about my hair. He’s knowledgeable without being pushy, and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting the best result for you. Definitely recommend!

This is the 3rd time i’ve had Robyn do my hair and a few weeks ago I had a consultation to go from box dye red to blonde again. Robyn explained the process and it wasn’t going to be easy on the first time. Thankfully she did such a great job i came away pretty much blonde! It was a long session and she was super accommodating and lovely to chat too. She explained everything that she did and I’ve come away super happy and happily surprised how well it went! also love teabag the dog.

Phoebe was fabulous, she took her time along with checking in on two occasions if I'd like a drink. I have very long hair and is a chore so was a lovely experience getting it done and feeling relaxed. Thank you - see you soon again! ☺️

Really happy with my hair by Sophie and a few of the girls who helped with my consultation- I wasn't the most clear on what I wanted but they all helped guide me and Sophie did an amazing job at matching my references. I'm obsessed with my new colour and cut!

Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

I went to Jodie for a toner, wash, cut and blow dry and honestly she is amazing. She just gets my hair and knew exactly what it needed. The colour came out perfect and the cut and blow dry had me feeling so good walking out. She’s genuinely the loveliest person too which makes the whole appointment even better.
