It was the first time I have had a lash lift and brow lamination and didn’t know what to expect, but having seen some posts and pics of Mia’s work on Oh So Pretty Insta page, it put my mind at ease. Mia was so lovely, talked me through the whole process and what she was doing throughout my appointment. Made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She explained all the after care. The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Her new salon is so nice, clean and spacious 😍 I always recommend her to all my friends and family xxx

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Fran has absalutely made my eyebrows amazing, i also went for the lash tint and lift definetly would recomend her.

I have been going to Mia for my nails and lash lift for a couple of months and she always does a great job. If there is anything I want done differently, I let her know and she always accommodates my requests.

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!
