I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. I would definitely recommend Grace and will be booking again! 💕

Absolutely love my treatments this afternoon 💅✨ I had a lash lift, brow tint, & nails done — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was amazing, everything was done so professionally, & the whole experience felt really relaxing. My lashes look lifted and defined, my brows are perfectly shaped and tinted, and my nails are flawless. You can tell the girls really take pride in their work. Such a lovely, friendly atmosphere too — I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and leave feeling your best 💖

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Had a lash lift and tint with Sade I’ve had them before not at this salon she talked me through it which I thought was great and even offered to tint my lower lashes which I’ve never been offered before this is the best lift and tint I’ve had and I will be coming back thankyou

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. Fabulous, it was my final micrneedling treatment today, would definitely recommend this treatment, I have seen a significant improvement in my skin plumpness and reduction in fine lines around my lips and forehead - which were areas I was hoping for results.
