Was welcomed and asked to take a seat, wasn't seen on time, did receive an apology,process wasn't explained to me or how long the lash lift would take. However, negatives aside, the young girl did an amazing job and I'm very happy with the results.

As always, the lovely ladies at The Beauty Refinery absolutely smashed it! I am so happy with my lashes. This is the first time I’ve ever had a lash lift & tint (or anything ever done to my lashes!!) but I will returning to get this treatment in the future. My lashes are full, lifted and look very natural yet flattering. Cannot recommend this enough. The ladies at so kind and patient.

I originally came to The Beauty Refinery 10 years ago when they had a waxing offer through Group On. I have never been anywhere since (and I now make an hour round trip for my appointments!) Recently I have started having lash lift and tint as well and I absolutely LOVE it. Way more impact than other places I have tried and better value too.
