Did a Soothing facial today with Clarissa. She is very gentle and has alot of experience. The facial was smooth and it helped to brighten my skin although I have oily skin. Clarissa was thorough and helped to recommend a facial routine. She took her time to complete the facial and was very helpful in booking the follow up appointments and updating/ checking the credit account status. Her customer service is excellent and would recommend to do the facial with her again!

I’ve been going to Tian Tian for my nails, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She’s incredibly meticulous, patient, and always pays attention to the little details that make such a difference. My nails always come out looking beautiful, natural, and exactly how I imagined them. The quality of her work is amazing too my nails last well without lifting or chipping, and she always makes sure they’re healthy and well shaped. If you’re staying in the north of Singapore, This is the place to visit to pamper your skin! You would be greeted to a clean place that was welcoming, and had a charming and relaxing ambience. I like that the place had up to date equipment and organised with quality products. Nanee came across a very experienced facialist, who offered advise upon requests, and cared to share tips and information without being overwhelming. She was gentle during the whole process of the facial and explained the different processes that was about to take place so that was really assuring for a first timer.

I really appreciate Vernice’s professional service and thoughtful skincare advice. She is knowledgeable about the products and takes the time to explain the different options with transparency, which I really value. Going for facials has always been a form of self care for me, and I especially appreciate the calming environment e.g. the gentle music, soothing aroma, and the comfort of the soft bed and blanket. It makes the whole experience feel relaxing and restorative.

Celestina’s proactiveness and willingness to go the extra mile for her clients are truly commendable. She did an excellent job with the complete makeover for my mum including hair, make up and saree tying as well as the saree tying for my grandmother. When she first did my mum’s makeover for my brother’s ROM, the work was already very well done. For the temple wedding, she took our feedback seriously and further elevated the quality of her work, not only meeting but surpassing our expectations. The make up lasted well beyond the event, and we were genuinely pleased with the final outcome.
