The lady who performed my service was a beautiful lady, and she ensured that I knew what was happening and explained the process with me and answered any and all questions myself or my mum had. Very welcoming, patient, friendly and overall a wonderful worker

Fantastic! The staff at Melissa Peters go above and beyond to make you feel special and valued. It’s such a relaxing environment, I never feel rushed and walk out with something additional in terms of a service each time. Today for example my son lost his tooth and K made it exciting for him :) so grateful for the team!

I cannot recommend Elise enough for her amazing services! She is a true professional, paying attention to every little detail to ensure my brows and lashes look flawless. My eyebrows have never looked more sculpted, and the lash lift gave my lashes a beautiful, natural curl that lasts! The results always exceed my expectations, and I leave feeling confident and refreshed every time. Her friendly demeanor, skill, and dedication to perfection make her the best in the business. I had my hair and makeup done by Jas and Tamara for an event and all I can say is WOW! Both ladies nailed the brief and I had so many compliments.

What a calming, relaxing experience I have just had at Esteem Beauty today! This was my first visit (because I was given a gift voucher for my birthday), and I chose to have a 1 hour facial. I was so impressed with it! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely room, products felt and smelled amazing, and I felt so relaxed during and after. I found the staff to be lovely and welcoming, even during the booking process. Jodie was very helpful explaining the services available, and Layla was awesome during my facial. She is definitely in the right job! Thanks Esteem - I will be back!

I have a regular appointment with Kayla at Melissa Peters each month and it's something I look forward to every time. I get to escape the stress of everyday life and relax and soak up the wonderful service (and great products on my skin). All the staff there are friendly and welcoming. It's always a relaxing environment and I've not ever had a bad experience in the 2 years I've been going there. I don't like to give reviews of my favourite things because I want to keep them a secret for myself, but if you're looking for somewhere local, friendly and welcoming, this is it.
