After having my initial consultation in April, i finally had my brows microbladed 3 days ago. I was nervous and excited for my appointment but Tanya explained exactly what was happening during each step and completely put me at ease. I am so happy with the result, I have perfect natural brows at last! I looked at many brow techs and did my research before finally choosing The Brow Clinic. I’m so glad I did. Amazing appointment with Kelly today. The Room was extremely clean and well presented. I was made to feel very comfortable and throughout my treatment Kelly always checked if I was ok or in any pain which I wasn’t ever. I was in for combination brows. I had a rough idea what I wanted them to look like but Kelly knew exactly what to suggest. I absolutely love my brows. The detail is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t have them done years ago. I will definitely spread the word and looking forward to coming back for other treatments. Thank you 🫶😊

Bryony is such a lovely lady. So professional and so calm and I think I would trust her with any procedure. I came back for maintenance filler and Botox, my last procedure was two years ago. I appreciate her natural tweakments which don’t look over done! Just making you feel like yourself…. But better!! Thank you ⭐️

Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

I came to shannon for my classic lash extension course after hearing very good things about her and i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ! she was so patient, supportive and explained everything so clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day. She took the time to make sure i understood every step and always offered to show me again if i needed, i learnt so much and left feeling so excited for this new chapter, I would highly recommend shannon to anyone wanting to start their lash journey! Kelly is always great every time I see her. We are currently working through brow ink loft/removal ready to start again with a fresh set of brows after 4 years since my first ones. She is always kind, informative and professional and does a great job and I will never ever go anywhere else! ☺️

10/10 The best massage I have ever had. A professional and welcoming environment. Lisa removed all of the pain, tension and stiffness in my back - I get a massage 4x a year and this is undoubtedly the best place I have been. Cannot recommend highly enough!
