I had the Deep Purifying & Pore Detox Facial with Ella, and it was an excellent experience. Ella really takes the time to examine your skin carefully and pays attention to every detail throughout the treatment. Sometimes you come across therapists who simply follow a routine, but Ella is different — she is genuinely attentive, thoughtful, and focused on giving personalized care. I felt very well taken care of, and I would definitely go back again.

This outlet is not too packed or big which is more towards my liking as i prefer smaller shops. Also am a very fussy person when it comes to facials but im the kind who’s quiet but i have no feedback for Amy whatsoever except THANK YOU. I would definitely come again to do my facials with her as she’s attentive and most importantly also listened to what i said in regards to my skin. she made my whole experience comfortable and she truly is a sweet person. Fell in love with the space once i stepped in. The environment is clean and very ig worthy and the service here is great as well. Did head spa and facial with them and I had a very good and relaxing sleep especially during the head spa treatment. I'll definitely be back again

Coco did an amazing job with my nails, especially the Cleffa (Pokémon) design! 🥹💗 She drew it SO CUTE and it turned out way better than I expected definitely didn’t look weird at all! 😭💅🏻 Also, sorry for making you rush, Coco 😭😅 but you still took the time to make sure everything looked amazing! Molly also did such a beautiful job with my lashes! 🫶🏻✨ They turned out pretty, neat, and exactly what I wanted. Overall, I’m really happy with both my nails and lashes! Charly is such a gem🥹💖 During my SHR appt, she noticed my extension that I did with her 2 weeks ago had broke (my fault). She offered to fix it for me and the whole time I could feel the care and attention to detail she put in. Not just on that 1 nail but she also polished everything up nicely. I am very touched by her initiative and would like to commend her for the excellent service. Will definitely come back to get my nails done with her.
