HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Best out of 5 estheticians I have every been to for permanent makeup. Rachel is very knowledgeable on every procedure she performs. She's very artistic. I asked her to go out if her comfort zone, requested a scar cover up tattoo after a hip replacement that left a 11" scar.
