The one time there was a slight hiccup with my crochet braids she made sure that wouldn't happen again. I've had butterfly locs, knotless braids at different lengths, stitch braids, a braided ponytail, crochet braids with different hair; and we've used different hair colors. She's efficient, friendly, and provides great value. Unless I'm getting my hair done out of town, she's my braid lady.
