I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

Jenny has a technique that gets the job done quickly, efficiently, and with minimal discomfort. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I also highly recommend adding a vajacial after waxing. It makes such a difference! Most places don’t even offer vajacials, which is why I truly appreciate that Jenny does. They help prevent ingrown hairs, calm irritation, gently exfoliate dead skin, and keep the area healthy. It’s such an important step for maintaining your results and properly caring for your skin. Will definitely be coming back!

I had not been here since it is under new management . I stopped going because I had felt like thd place was dirty . Not anymore ! It’s clean bright, calming ! You can now schedule on line ! I scheduled a pedicure and my daughter had eyebrows waxed ! They are still using the old punch card too ! Of course prices are a little higher . They are listed on line

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Simply amazing! Mariana was kind and professional. She will be my go to person from now on! Her techniques were beyond relaxing. I thought I had a very healthy scalp and learned so much about how to improve it! Highly recommend the 90 minute herbal scalp treatment. I haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time. The entire staff was friendly and the spa is so clean. I also love supporting small women owned businesses! If you’ve been looking for a Headspa look no further; love not having to go into Chicago for this service! Looking forward to my next visit. My hair is so healthy looking!
