My experience is good overall, but I have been to Annies a few times and even a different location one time, but there is always inconsistency with the massages and callous/dead skin removal. If possible to make this somehow standardized, like a one best way, that would be great.

Fantastic experience! The staff is wonderful and the Manager was incredibly accommodating and made our pedicure and manicure appointment very comfortable and relaxing. She is a very kind, thoughtful person and we will definitely be back soon

It was a great experience today. Went for a pedicure for relaxation. The staff really took care of me from offering beverages, assisting with massage chair and request on how to do my nails. I usually do my regular pedicure at Annie’s Nail Spa. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love all the staff here—they are so accommodating and kind. I feel so happy and comfortable every time I visit. What made me even more impressed is that I brought my non-verbal daughter for her very first spa experience, and the team handled her with such care and patience.
