I had such a lovely experience at Silk Beauty! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The space is clean, calm, and beautifully set up. My nail tech was incredibly professional and gentle, and she took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. my nail tech, Anesu, was amazing, i had booked for a manicure and added a pedicure whilst there. The pedicure stations were fully booked, since she didn't have a booking after my manicure she offered to do my pedicure by the manicure stations. i really appreciated that

The experience at Rondebosch was great as usual. Anesu always does my nails but as she was not available today, Thandokazi did my pampers. She was absolutely 💯 amazing. Megan are Tara are awesome and very professional always. I would like to give some feedback with regards to product availability. As French is very popular, one cannot simply have four ladies using the same bottle of product as there was only one bottle. It is unprofessional to disturb one another and they have to place some product in foil. It's not very professional for clients. I stopped going to Cavendish.
