Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). Receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly. Kind regards Thank you

I always leave Ablaize Beauty feeling gorgeous! Keziah exceeds my expectations every single time. I only done acrylic because I am a nail biter, until I landed in her chair and she has saved my natural nails 🥹 it’s the strongest and so grown. Her work is a 11/10 🫶🏼

Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

What an amazing experience! The place, the hospitality, the service is nothing short of amazing - even in loadshedding,,, Honestly one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. They treat you with care and kindness - you don't just feel like another number/customer. Loved getting my acrylic nails done and look forward to using them as my one-stop shop for all my beauty needs.

Had the best experience here getting my acrylics and gel toes done! Felt so welcomed and comfortable the whole time, my nails turned out even better than I expected. I haven’t found another salon in cape town that comes close to the experience and value here, I will definitely be back!!

The experience at Rondebosch was great as usual. Anesu always does my nails but as she was not available today, Thandokazi did my pampers. She was absolutely 💯 amazing. Megan are Tara are awesome and very professional always. I would like to give some feedback with regards to product availability. As French is very popular, one cannot simply have four ladies using the same bottle of product as there was only one bottle. It is unprofessional to disturb one another and they have to place some product in foil. It's not very professional for clients. I stopped going to Cavendish.

Tracy really is the girl she thinks she is because why am I still staring at my nails a few hours later🤣🙈!! Really ate up the acrylic ombré. Coming back for more! Semsa from Rondebosch branch took care of me at Claremont branch to help out and what a lovely Queen mani treatment it was! She gave special attention to my cuticle problems. I am also delighted to hear that BOA management is helping their nail techs by hosting them, providing food and transport during the taxi strike. This is commendable!
