This was my second appointment with Gabby. She is excellent. She is extremely gentle and professional. She is also very attentive during the waxing making sure that the wax isn’t too hot and she checks in with you throughout. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get a good wax done!

This was my second visit at Rua Beauty and I love my nails, she takes her time to insure your nails are beautiful and uses good hygiene with her services. She was also super helpful in terms of getting what I wanted by ordering the colours to do the style I wanted done (Brown cat eye) aswell as tips to soften feet callouses. She was also super accommodating by asking every so often if I’d like something to drink and even offered me a snack since I was hungry and the shops around us were closed 🤣 Overall an amazing experience with great chats and gossip. Would 1000% recommend coming to Rua😇

Zayaan was excellent. I think the booking system can be improved - there are so many options that it’s not clear when a customer has made the ‘wrong’ booking, and having to doublecheck via text is inefficient.

Laeeqah is super sweet and so welcoming. She did a great job too. Will defs be back. Thank you so much!
