I had such a great experience here. The removal process was incredibly gentle (huge plus for anyone with sensitive nails), and everyone was genuinely kind and accommodating — they even offered me a coffee while I was getting settled. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and really calming, and my nails turned out perfect. Prices are very fair for the amazing quality you’re getting, and the Carlton location is super cool and easy to get to. Honestly, become a regular here before this place becomes the most popular nail salon in Carlton.

Helen and Jenna are both fantastic! My mum and I have been coming to them for close to two years now and we wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else for our nails. Every time I leave Organic Nails and Beauty I am beyond happy with my nails and even more impressed with how they hold up over the 3-4 weeks between appointments. Jenna and Helen really care about your nail health and I have seen a significant improvement in my nail strength since seeing them. You won’t regret booking an appointment here!

Brilliant new salon which is immaculate and gorgeously decorated. They care a lot about nail health and use top-end products. I’m really looking forward to coming back for my biab infill and to try the pedicure! 100% recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing experience and perfect, healthy nails 💅

I only started getting my nails done in the last year or so, and have been repeatedly disappointed at a lot of stores nail artists not paying attention to detail, rushing your service, and saying they can't do designs that aren't super basic. My first impression upon completing my initial appointment at Mitty is that their artists definitely aren't any of these things! 🥰 They're a fair bit more expensive than most other nail shops out there, but if you're a perfectionist like me, the price is definitely worth it to actually have your nails done WELL! 😄 I have my next appointment booked ☺️
