My experience at Rise and Fall Wellness was amazing. Booking was incredibly easy, and the space itself was beautiful. The white noise in the sauna was an added bonus, it created the perfect environment to relax and reset. I’ll definitely be going back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The whole space is super clean and very pleasant — you can tell they really care about the environment and the experience. The sauna was top quality and the ice bath was just perfect! Such an amazing contrast and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so good, refreshed, and re-energized. Already looking forward to my next visit! 🙌❄️🔥

Very nice and relaxing felt like we were in somewhere tropical on holidays and with the place all to ourselves. Lot's of good communication with us and detailed instructions to guide us to have the best experience. We did 3 rounds of cold dip and sauna in the hour with each cold dip getting easier. Each dip was about 1min. It would be great gift card for a special occasion. Will defo go back but will keep an eye out for a special as we got an hour for 2 of us for $40 which we thought was good value. Great job guys keep the great service going.

This place is a real hidden gem. Had my sauna and ice bath experience here and I really enjoyed it. Got clear instructions when I booked online and walked straight through to utilise all the amenities. No need for interaction was a bonus and it felt like my own little space to zen out after a busy week.

Absolutely loved this sauna and ice bath experience. The private home setup is incredibly well done, so peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and easy to feel comfortable in. Everything flowed perfectly, and it felt like a true reset.

Really well set up, private area. The decor and plants are really nice. The instructions provided before the session were very clear and well communicated. The board with suggested instructions and timing for the sauna was really helpful, particularly for a first time user! Overall a really relaxing experience, left feeling very good. Will definitely be back!

Thank you for such a great experience at Rise and Fall Wellness. It was my first time doing a fire and ice session. From the moment you walk down the side you feel like you are no longer in perth. Felt very relaxed. All the amenities were clean and well maintained.

Amazing place! Such a private and peaceful vibe. Everything is well kept and clean! As well as the sauna and ice bath, there is a shower and filtered water station. The extra touches were perfect. You can customize the sauna too with temperature, colour and ambient sounds

Rise and fall is the prefect space to relax and unwind - it’s easy to access and has lots of signage with instructions on how to use the equipment. It’s clean and tranquil, Thanks so much can’t wait to come back 😌

2nd time I’ve visited and it really is perfect. The Sauna is great, ice bath freezing and a really nice private place to unwind.

Been back a few times its a great spot. Personally i do not know how anyone does 3mins in an ice bath lol

We overall had a great experience. The one thing I would say is, we tried to connect the Bluetooth in the sauna to our phones but it wouldn’t work. This is our second time here experiencing the same issue. That being fixed would make it a 5/5 star experience!

Found this little gem of a recovery spot tucked away in Kallaroo! Will definitely be returning for a weekly recharge, reset and recovery session. Clean facilities, easy to book & private, the perfect place to unwind & destress.

I usually go to a different sauna, but after coming here I will 100% be using this as my regular wellness and recovery zone. So clean, well looked after and perfect set up! Outdone yourselves, I will be recommending all my mates to come here x

I had never used an ice bath or sauna before, but my first experience was amazing! The space is really well-designed and radiates a calming atmosphere. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and trees when you jump into the ice bath. The moment you enter the sauna is now my fave. You may even play your own calming music by pairing your phone with Bluetooth! I was in my element. I will most certainly return after such a fantastic first encounter!
