Prior to my massage I had severe neck pain and migraines and nausea. I booked in with Amy from A1 Massage, and she was really lovely, thorough, and asked me how she could help and to explain the pain. I had a 1 hour remedial massage which was so lovely and relaxing, one of the best massages I have ever had, I immediately felt relief and have gained back 70% mobility since, I could not move my neck at all before. She did head, back, arms, neck all in 1 hour with care and you could feel the years of experience she had. I recommend this massage parlour 100% they are amazing.

I highly recommend the full body massage, along with a facial treatment at Pure Bliss. Bianca is a true professional and uses gentle products. The room is also very clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It's definitely Pure Bliss!

Twice now I have had a remedial massage with James. I need a very deep massage as I have lots of knots especially around my neck and shoulders. James is very firm, thorough and rhythmic, and I really feel those sore spots - in a great way! I always leave feeling quite a bit looser and very relaxed.

It was my first time at A1 today & I had the most relaxing hot stone massage done by a lovely lady called Jessica. The staff were both friendly & welcoming, and the whole experience was just perfect to be able to shut yourself off for a while & completely relax…I’ll definitely be back.

I started with a relaxing warm eye patch. My massage for my neck, back and shoulders with Joy was fantastic, she managed to deal with all the tight knots. Thanks Joy

Teresa really knows what she is doing. I just came back with the most relaxing massage i've ever had. She is very communicative as to what she is going to do. I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with hip pain and muscle tightness all over my body. She did relaxation massage but also focused on my muscle tightness. Now I am light as a feather. I will definitely come back for more massage with her in the future, especially after bubba arrives.
