What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

Truly a refreshing experience. Took my daughter, and I ended up doing my hair too (what was meant to be a drop and go, was filled with working remotely and getting my hair done at the same time). Win win 👏 First time at this salon, I was really impressed with all the amazing products and treatment services, they actually get to understand you from the first consult. It's really such a cool vibe, staff, stylists... Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. And such a relaxed environment, definitely going to be my new hair hang out space. Visiting Gaia is the most lovely experience and I’m looking forward to coming back again already! My head spa experience was fantastic. The before snd after scan was very educational snd made slit if sense why my hair didn’t seem to grow with all that build up. Judith was so friendly and explained each step thoroughly. It was so relaxing and my head snd scalp feels squeaky clean and lighter.

BEST hair salon with the BEST hair stylists!!! I am so pleased I tried this salon for a keratin treatment … My hair is curly and impossible to manage without frizz in Cape Town winter climate. I cannot rate them highly enough for top class service - knowledge - skill - care and attention to detail. Lovely atmosphere with friendly attention and overall excellent quality service. My hair feels like silk and stays that way for days after washing … This was supposed to be damage control for winter but I will probably carry on with these treatments throughout the year.
