I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!

I recently got extensions for the first time, and Liv was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain every step of the process and the aftercare, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I’m in love with my Remi Cachet hair extensions - they look and feel incredible. Liv’s salon is gorgeous, and the whole experience was just lovely from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone! Thank you!

This refit appointment was great, as usual. The salon is comfortable, relaxed and clean. Liv is very knowledgable & offers a high quality service which is why I will keep coming back. First time getting extensions & Liv was super accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable. She educated me on aftercare and the correct products to use. I left feeling the most confident I’ve ever felt & have been in love ever since. It’s been over a month since having them fitted and they still look & feel like i’ve just had them done! After many disappointing experiences with hair extensionists, I was nervous, but Liv immediately made me feel at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. I’ve just left my fitting and I’m absolutely blown away. Liv transformed my shoulder-length, frizzy hair into beautiful, natural-looking 20-inch extensions that blend seamlessly. I feel like a completely new person, pretty, confident, and finally happy with my hair. Liv took the time to answer all my questions, and even continues the support once you have left the salon. Her home salon is beautiful and incredibly relaxing.
