Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. Claudia is such a goddess when it comes to skincare and facials! I’ve tried one other spa for a facial and I won’t make that mistake again, Claudia’s the best! The spa is so nice, I can’t wait for my next visit back!! Thanks Bianca for opening so close to home for me and for obtaining Claudia, she’s a steal, bonus your mom is so sweet!! It was my first time here and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. Very relaxing dermaplaning facial which includes a hand and foot massage that was lovely. Atah was easy to chat with and has a lovely personality. Her space is clean, warm and inviting. Enjoyed it so much I've rebooked another service next week. Facial was excellent, face feels smoother & hydrated. Skin was exfoliated using dermaplaning.

I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! Thanks for pampering me with an arm and neck message ! .Katrina was very positive and encouraged me to keep taking care of myself , how important it is to have regular treatment . Thanks Tiffany for blessing me with the under eyes gel pads , so very thoughtful and kind! Will see you both in a couple of months. Thanks for taking good care of me and giving me excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience getting a facial again at elva esthetics! Linsey was knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and tailored the treatment to my skin type. The products used felt luxurious, and my skin was glowing by the end of the session. The environment was clean, calming, and beautifully set up—exactly what you’d want in a skincare clinic or spa.
