This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. I had the Bloom Facial with Krista today and it was absolutely amazing! My skin feels incredibly soft, refreshed, and glowing, and the entire treatment was so relaxing. The facial was thorough and beautifully customized, and the massage was the perfect touch, especially the attention to my neck, shoulders, scalp, and décolleté. Krista was so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can really tell how much passion and care she puts into what she does. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend the Bloom Facial and will definitely be back!
