Well what can I say...I'm never disappointed...new hair day yesterday and I look a million dollars thanks to Demi and the team. Every visit I have at Godiva is outstanding, the banter the laughs, the singing, the latest goss :-) Each of the girls have unique personalities, which make up a great team. I've been coming to Godiva for three years now and there is nowhere else I'd rather go...the work they do is outstanding and it makes such a difference to individuals living with hair loss. Paula well where do I start, she’s beautiful inside and out and so so so caring. My experience from the moment I walked in the beautiful shop, well I had the best experience ever. Paula is so skilled and did an amazing Job of my hair, I suffered with hair loss after I had covid, and it has really made me loose so much confidence and given me anixity. Paula just was wonderful, the whole experience put me at ease, from the amazing complementary drinks menu, to the friendliness of all staff and just making sure you have the best experience ever. My hair Paula I love it!!!! ♥️ She’s the best!! ❤️

I message Paula about my hair and I was given appointment. When you walk into Godiva you are greeted by lovely member of staff and you are made to feel welcome and special from start to finish. If your looking for somewhere help with your hair loss or your needing extensions then please visit these ladies they are the fairy godmothers for your hair, they work wonders. I love visiting Godiva. You leave Godiva’s feeling million dollars. Thank you to Everyone at Godiva you truly are amazing!

The information given was comprehensive ,the salon is amazing ,but not sure if they can supply the system l want .Advised to have full weft in back of hair as we as side pieces I felt that there was know need for extensions I the back of my hair, as Paula said l had the best hair at the back that she had seen on a women of my age ,so why pend hundreds of pounds on doing it ?? I was assured that just side pieces ( which is really all l wanted ) would not be sufficient .I do think it may have had something to do with how much l was going to spend ,as well as what l really needed.

On entering Samson Godiva salon today I was a little apprehensive because I knew Jess but she'd never done my hair before. However right at the beginning Jess put me at ease. She was so kind, caring and empathetic that I immediately felt at ease. She showed me that her skills were second to none and I'm delighted with the results. We now will be attending many christmas celebrations because my hair is just perfect. It was also nice that Steph came to greet me. I know why this salon keeps winning awards !!! Very positive from start to end. The salon is lovely, private and welcoming. This was my first time there. The questions were measured and sensitive.
