If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. If your local to Epworth or even if you're not, seriously give her a try because I guarantee, you won't go anywhere else once you have experienced Lauren Jay Beauty & Aesthetics.

Lisa was absolutely lovely. She took the time to get to know exactly what I needed and cater the massage to what would suit me. My first deep tissue massage was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend her!

After several weeks of pain and no improvement following an NHS physio appointment, I booked with Alikia. She was welcoming, took the time to understand my symptoms, carried out a thorough assessment, and quickly identified the issue. She explained everything clearly while treating me. It took a few days to feel the benefit due to the deep work she carried out, but I noticed a real improvement. I've now had my second appointment, left with helpful advice, and have already booked my next visit. Highly recommended.

I have now visited Holistic Heaven twice for a deep tissue massage and can say both times have been fantastic. Lisa is wonderful. She makes you feel at ease, and asks if the pressure is okay. She has magic hands and is fantastic at what she does. I can’t wait to go back in another couple of weeks. This is definitely the place to go to if you want to relax, unwind and feel at home.
