Natalie is amazing always puts me at ease. I'm very anxious about any treatment I have, but Natalie always explains everything and gives advice on the best course of treatment. I have now had Botox, fillers and micro needling through Natalie and cannot recommend enough.

Amanda is very welcoming and when starting any massage she checks the pressure is ok. I have trouble my my right shoulder and lower back and each time I have visited my shoulder and back feels so much looser for a while. Highly recommend 👌

Gemma is amazing. I have v moulds, armpit wax, eyebrow wax and tint, lash tints, rio sun scrub, hair micro derming, and tried most massages. I prefer the bamboo one for all my muscle tensions. Gemma makes you feel welcome and the treatments are all done professionally.

This is my second 4th procedure with J9 Aesthetics and Janine was just as welcoming as always. The salon is so beautiful and it makes me feel special every time so relaxing and professional. She explains every detail and reassured me before during and after and my results are just what I wanted can't wait for my return .

Gemma is always professional and polite. Puts you at ease. I went for microneedling on my head today which is quite painful in places. But Gemma was great! I also tried the Sunny rio body smoothing treatment and it was a lovely treat. My skin was pretty dehydrated due to recent illness but not feels fresh and soft. Highly recommend Gemma. I come here for most treatments.

Excellent service from Ewelina. Had the plasma pen treatment on upper and lower eye area and can see a massive difference straight away. Thank you very much for your help 👍 Highly recommend
