Gill is such a lovely lady & I can honestly say the foot reflexology was the best treatment I’ve ever had. After suffering with constant fibromyalgia pain, I came away from my appointment pain free & totally relaxed. There’s not enough stars that I can give. Thank you so much Gill, I’ll definitely be back x

If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. If your local to Epworth or even if you're not, seriously give her a try because I guarantee, you won't go anywhere else once you have experienced Lauren Jay Beauty & Aesthetics.

I have now visited Holistic Heaven twice for a deep tissue massage and can say both times have been fantastic. Lisa is wonderful. She makes you feel at ease, and asks if the pressure is okay. She has magic hands and is fantastic at what she does. I can’t wait to go back in another couple of weeks. This is definitely the place to go to if you want to relax, unwind and feel at home.
