Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I had a great experience with this wax and go! Sonia is really lovely and incredibly patient, which made the whole process so much more comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes her time to make sure everything is done properly. Amazing service had a ultimate facial plus complementary Indian head massage and hot stones would definitely have it again. I've also had botox and lip fillers with her and always had good results .Nadia is welcoming, friendly and professional would highly recommend for all aspects of beauty.

Kelsey the owner, is great company, asked if I wanted refreshments, gave a great consultation before starting my nails. Offered lots of colour options Completed in time for my parking 😉.
