Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. Got my FIRST eyelash extensions for the first time on 09.02.2022 (I will NEVER forget this date as I was so excited, I arrived a week early 🤣 ) and what an absolute pleasure it was and still is to this day! I found a still find the process enjoyable and time flies by as we chat away. Yumna is a professional of note, so knowledgeable as well as being cognizant of the fact that I wear glasses and advised me on the length of the lashes I should consider. She explained everything she was doing as well as how best to maintain your new lashes (once you leave her care). Thank you Yumna ❤️
