One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.
