I added on the infra-red bed to my sculpting session today and it has cleared up my head cold within a 20 minute session 🤯 Stuffy nose is cleared and no more body aches! Amazing!

My first experience with body sculpting was great. The team were informative, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. The complimentary water and hair masks provided before going in the sauna were a nice little touch to and made the experience feel like a real treat. I was surprised how relaxed I felt when I left and will definitely visit again.

Sessions at The Gym are always so lovely with the best staff around. I had tummy sculpting and did the infra-red bed, and a week out my waistline is 4cm down! Absolutely incredible results from one session

As a mum of two who is quite insecure about her body, I was a bit nervous attending this appointment - that all disappeared the moment I met Bea & Jo. Both ladies were so lovely and easy to talk to. I had such a great experience and was impressed with their knowledge and how welcoming and friendly they were. The most relaxing hair wash/massage I have ever had in my life! Every single thing they did was phenomenal and so relaxing. And the room had such nice lighting and a beautiful smell from the candles they had on. Keen for the 7th to get a body sculpting session!! Xx

I just had my first body consultation, and it was such a great experience! The girl was incredibly friendly and made me feel super comfortable. She answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly. I am starting my treatments soon I am very excited!!

Highly recommend the lymphatic massage as you feel really light afterwards. Inflammation was my issue and I felt much better after this. Absolute must try. You don't know what body freedom is until you try this. Self care must have.

I had the most wonderful time at 'The Gym'! Despina made me feel so welcome and walked me through every step of the treatment so I knew what to expect. She made the experience feel luxurious and I was comfortable the whole time. Spas can often feel daunting and un-welcoming for someone with a bigger body type - however I never once felt like this at 'The Gym' - and infact quite the opposite, as they are very size inclusive! I will definitely be making this a regular self-love routine! Thank you Despina, and thank you 'The Gym'!

I can not recommend the RF Facial and Chin/Jawline sculpting enough! The service provided is amazing and the staff are all so friendly and accomodating. My favourite clinic in SA!
