I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. I had a really lovely experience. The space was clean, professional and calming. Charnelle did my dermaplaning and waxing, and she was incredible and very gentle, not aggressive at all, and she explained everything step by step which made me feel at ease. She took her time and made sure everything was done properly. I left feeling so fresh and taken care of. Highly recommend🤍
