I have used Heavenea beauty waxing services three times now and I don’t see myself getting waxed by anyone else. She is a friendly professional who takes her time to actually leave you hairless, and she made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend!

I had my first waxing appointment with Sam and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and her attention to detail was amazing. If you're considering booking your first wax, I highly recommend Sam. She's incredibly skilled, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making the experience as stress-free as possible. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments!

Had a lovely waxing experience! The owner was so warm and welcoming, even offering me a drink before we started. She was patient and reassuring throughout the wax, making me feel really comfortable. She also took the time to explain the aftercare and gave me helpful maintenance tips. Fantastic service, local to me, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had my first Brazilian wax today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous, but she immediately put me at ease by explaining everything she was going to do and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. She was so calm, friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference. She took her time and did everything she could to make the experience as pain-free as possible. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Harbs Beauty Room to anyone, especially if it’s your first time getting waxed. I’ll definitely be returning!

This was my first time getting a sugar wax, and it was an amazing experience. The person who waxed me made me feel comfortable, and the results were smooth with hardly any discomfort. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about trying sugar waxing.

Lauren is fantastic! She is so friendly and so good at what she does that you dont even realise you are waxing. Super light hands while also getting the job done quickly. I loved meeting her and her work. The wax didnt leave any spots at all. I will be definitely be coming back.

Emily is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable about everything waxing and explains everything as she does it. I'm new to waxing and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I'll be completely honest, I didn't believe her when she said it gets better after the 1st wax, but I'm so glad I came back because she was absolutely right! I'll never go back!

I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. I’m so glad I gave waxing another try, this was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her!

Tasha is a lovelyyyyy person and I absolutely adore her However I can tell that with my texture of skin and type of hair it was a bit of a challenge I wasn’t fully satisfied because all of the hair wasn’t fully removed With darkskin people you have to use powder on the skin before starting the waxing and u have to leave it dry for the whole process before putting any liquid on else the hair would not come off fully. The wax was a bit too hot majority of the time so that was a bit uncomfortable. This is not a bad review just some points that I wanted to state

I must admit I was very nervous before my appointment silly really as Shannon has waxed & tinted my brows for ages & I completely trust her, but having now had Brow lamination & Hybrid tint I absolutely love my brows, if your thinking about it just do it! Had my first Hollywood wax with Moni at Anya Spa. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Moni was a very professional, excellent spa therapist and made me feel calm and comfortable The wax was pain free. I will be going to Anya spa regularly now for future waxing and treatments.

Appointment was at 9.30 had to wait for wax to heat up; so 20 minute appointment was actually 40 minute. Not great when had planned for the 20 but cant fault the therapist who was doing the waxing.

I had an a wax with Jess today, she was fantastic & really lovely as well. Also, I have been in contact with Jemma as a sudden family emergency happened & had to cancel at the last minute & rearrange twice. She was incredibly patient & understanding, I had paid 2 deposits on for the cancelled bookings and would never of expected to have a refund for them as I had let them down. However, when I finally came in for my waxing, Jemma discounted my bill by £9.60, deducted both deposits! That was incrediblely kind. Thanks Jemma & Jess, definitely now my new regular salon. Highly recommended. Julie x
