It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

My first time at Radiance and had a great appointment with Jade who was really knowledgeable about electrolysis and Duetto laser for hair removal. Really pleased to have found a local beauty salon with this equipment; regarding Jade: I immediately felt I could connect with her and rely on her expertise. Highly recommended. 😍✅⭐️🌈❤️

Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

Stacey is an amazing therapist. She made me feel really comfortable and I had ultimate trust in her knowledge and capabilities. Visited for a wax appointment looking forward to rebooking in future for a more holistic treatment. 100% recommend, great therapist.

Jade is really experienced and explained the process well. Very happy with the results. Not cheap, laser hair removal, but the permanence of the process is worth it!

This was my first time at The Workhouse and I got a little lost due to my maps taking me in the wrong direction. But as soon as I found the shop I was greeted warmly by Stacey waiting for me at the entry. Stacey is a very good beautician, it's always a risk when trying someone new out for waxing, but she made feel very comfortable even though I was full wolverine with my hairy self, she is efficient and thorough and a great chatter. of course waxing isn't always an enjoyable experience, but I was very happy with Stacey and she will definitely become my regular.

Such a luxurious facial and massage experience - I feel thoroughly pampered, super relaxed, and loved every minute of these treatments. By far the best facial and massage experience I've had from any salon in the Folkestone/Cheriton area.

I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time and having a sweep the next day so needing booking in somewhere quick! This was the only available place but will now be my regular. The moment I stepped through the door Stacey was nothing but accommodating- the temperature of the room, the extra pillow on the bed, getting to know my history, using 2 different waxing methods to make sure I get a proper wax without damaging skin at all due to tougher hair and extra blood whilst pregnant. Lovely lady, made me feel so comfortable and I came away feeling amazing! So relaxed and cannot wait for my next!

Claire was great as always, she is very professional and very friendly too. I have been to many salons and it's not always the best experience when it comes to waxing but with Claire, you cannot feel any pain. I would certainly recommend Claire anytime.

This was my first ever wax so I was nervous however Stacey was so lovely, made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job. I highly recommend and will 100% be coming back!!

Just had an intimate wax with Claire. She is amazing! It didn't hurt at all and my skin is very thin, so I was dreading it! I shouldn't worry, it was painless....I will be back for sure. And to top it all, Claire has a great personality, I felt very comfortable with her. Thank you Claire x
