Jo, is so lovely, she explains everything and if your nervous a little she talks you through everything, so you calm down. If she doesn’t think you need extra stuff, she won’t give it, so great work. I’m extra happy and feel comfortable with Jo she makes you feel at ease. Thank you Jo x
