I was very nervous and contacted JulieAnne before hand, replied really quickly and put my mind at ease. Appointment went really well, talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Salon was beautiful and really cozy. Would 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back. Xx

I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

First time getting treatment from the lovely Julie. Derma and microneedling..Absolutely first class! ...my skin felt amazing afterwards. . As always, made to feel incredibly welcomed when I visit the salon .. and never judged ..the atmosphere and ethos is so good here! ..love it

AHHHH I cant say how much I love Salon Héro! Every single haircut I've had had been perfect, I feel so happy and chilled out after every visit. I used to hate having my haircut, I tried loads of different salons but never felt very comfortable but Héro and her daughters are so warm and welcoming. They're such genuinely nice people and my god do they cut hair well! They're also fantastic at shaping eyebrows (even my squiggly brows looks great after Héro's handywork). I come out of the salon feeling like a new woman every visit, they are absolutely exceptional :)

Lauren is the best in the business! Always a pleasure going to the salon - best nails I could ever ask for.
