Was booked in today for some wax treatments. I hadn't been waxed in years and Julieanne made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Such an exceptional experience. Wish I'd found her sooner feel like a new woman.

First time here and came in from a hydrafacial with Laura. It was a fantastic facial and my skin feels great afterwards. Laura was lovely and we had a great wee chat and laugh. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be back.

So this was treatment number two! And I’m already seeing and feeling a difference! Legs are lasting longer between shaves! And don’t feel are coming in as dark. My face is on treatment 3 or 4 not sure but it’s making a huge difference there! And this has mega boosted my confidence as it was an area that really bothers me!! Looking forward to continuing on with this and seeing more results

Just had my first eyebrow waxing appointment with Ina. She was very professional and welcoming. After numerous failed appointments with other establishments, I expressed my concerns with Ina. She immediately made me feel at ease explaining she will map out my brows and show me during the process which I appreciated very much. Assured me if something was off, I could change it if needed. At the end of my appointment I looked into the mirror and adored my eyebrows. Ina listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it with precision and professionalism. Cannot recommend her enough!!

This was my first visit to Nirvana Gold. Nicole was lovely and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was really pleased with my brow wax and tint - Nicole checked with me if I wanted it any darker. She was also very gentle when waxing which was a nice experience. I would recommend.

I have to been visiting Amelia from Mela Skin & Beauty for a monthly facial for the last few years. I’m 56 and often get told I look in my 40s. All credit goes to Amelia and her amazing Caci facials and advice in between where she recommends other treatments, such as an occasional peel or micro needing to target specific areas of concern. I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

Had a an eyebrow wax and a tint with Harpreet and once again they are top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyebrows, best in the business.

First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!
