Was booked in today for some wax treatments. I hadn't been waxed in years and Julieanne made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Such an exceptional experience. Wish I'd found her sooner feel like a new woman.

I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

First time getting a pedicure. It was so relaxing and further enhanced by the (optional) massage feature on the chair. My feet are now soft and smooth and, with a lovely peachy gel varnish on top, ready to be put on show!

First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

So this was treatment number two! And I’m already seeing and feeling a difference! Legs are lasting longer between shaves! And don’t feel are coming in as dark. My face is on treatment 3 or 4 not sure but it’s making a huge difference there! And this has mega boosted my confidence as it was an area that really bothers me!! Looking forward to continuing on with this and seeing more results

I had such a great experience with my Hollywood wax appointment. The therapist was friendly, professional, and talked me through everything. The treatment itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The therapist made the experience as comfortable as possible and was very gentle throughout. I’m happy with the results—my skin feels so smooth, the finish is flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a service
