I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

Elaine is so lovely! Always does an excellent wax and is very reasonably priced. All our family go there for our waxing, and all feel the same - including my 13yr old daughter. Highly recommended

Nothing short of excellent. This was my first visit to Nailed It and it did not disappoint. So many great colours to choose from, central, lovely space, warm and welcoming and also lots of patience as I kept changing my mind. Will def be back - a wee hidden gem in Glasgow's nail bar scene.

Elena is the best - been going to her for years. She always does an amazing job on my brows, lashes and nails. I don't trust anyone else to do my brows or lashes and come back to Glasgow to get them done by her!

Sandy is very professional and talks you through everything and makes me feel at ease getting my treatments it's wall to wall chatting and laughing which helps when getting waxing done 😁😂 I would highly recommend this fantastic salon 😊

Honestly awesome. I was worried that when I moved to Glasgow, I wouldn't find a brow artist that did the type of brows I wanted. I love that she explained everything to me, the who's, what's, and why's. When I had by brows done previously, I had nothing explained to me and trusted the process. Although my brows were great before, they're even better now! Will be back for my annual touch up for sure.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted as well as my first eyelash lift. Laura was very careful, explained the whole process in a lot of detail so I have the context. The end result is so natural, I really love it! Will ne coming up for more xx

I had such a great experience with my Hollywood wax appointment. The therapist was friendly, professional, and talked me through everything. The treatment itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The therapist made the experience as comfortable as possible and was very gentle throughout. I’m happy with the results—my skin feels so smooth, the finish is flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. I was taken straight away by Dana and chose a builder gel french manicure. No messing about and my nails look excellent. I was also booked in for an eyelash lift and tint and an eyebrow wax. This was done by Amanda. I’m really happy with the finished result. My eyelashes are fair so what a difference the tint makes. My eyebrows also look fantastic. I highly recommend this salon. 10/10

It was one of the most relaxing waxing sessions I have ever been to. If it wasn’t for the little pain I would have fallen asleep. Shewa was good at it. Great attention to detail and didn’t miss a single hair. Thank you, will definitely be back soon xx

I visited Sandy today for the first time to have various waxing treatments. Sandy made me feel safe and relaxed throughout my visit. Sandy is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job and I came away having learned extremely helpful information with regards to waxing/hair growth.
