Was booked in today for some wax treatments. I hadn't been waxed in years and Julieanne made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Such an exceptional experience. Wish I'd found her sooner feel like a new woman.

First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

I had such a great experience with my Hollywood wax appointment. The therapist was friendly, professional, and talked me through everything. The treatment itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The therapist made the experience as comfortable as possible and was very gentle throughout. I’m happy with the results—my skin feels so smooth, the finish is flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a service

I recently visited Star Nail and Beauty for a waxing appointment and had a great experience. Bayan was lovely, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. It was one of the most relaxing waxing sessions I have ever been to. If it wasn’t for the little pain I would have fallen asleep. Shewa was good at it. Great attention to detail and didn’t miss a single hair. Thank you, will definitely be back soon xx

First time here and came in from a hydrafacial with Laura. It was a fantastic facial and my skin feels great afterwards. Laura was lovely and we had a great wee chat and laugh. I felt very comfortable and welcomed and will definitely be back.
