Beste fysiotherapie bij mij in de buurt in Patching Hall, Chelmsford

Claire is excellent. Not only does she do a great massage but she has great expertise and knowledge in what she does. I’ve used her for injury rehabilitation, pregnancy support and also migraine support. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I have come to really appreciate the importance of physiotherapy in my recovery, and the way it is delivered by a sensitive, understanding therapist. Well done to my physiotherapist.

Really loved my experience! The myofascial release massage was exactly what I wanted and the addition of the infrared therapy in the same appointment was perfect, again exactly what I’d been looking for. I really can’t recommend Holly and Twilight Garden highly enough and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Claire is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and helped to relieve my shoulder pain in just a few sessions. She gave me some rehab exercises to do which specifically targeted the issue and really made a big difference. She was also happy to share her knowledge and wisdom with me - providing insight into possible causes and things to practice going forwards - which was very much valued and appreciated. I'm now strength training again without discomfort and feel great, thanks to Claire! Highly Recommended.

Following collarbone and wrist break a year ago, I attended numerous physio sessions over the past year with Josh who helped restore mobility and strength in damaged shoulder & wrist, and then assist with strengthening rotator cuff of the other one too. I'm much more balanced now, and fully regained strength. Couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend. Thanks!

My first experience visiting Holly for a massage & it certainly won’t be my last! The massage was exactly what I needed & Holly went above & beyond to make sure it was the most relaxing experience possible. The aura mist at the end was a lovely touch & I left feeling like a new woman! Thank you so much Holly 💕

I had a massage today and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking online was simple and straightforward. There was a quick consultation beforehand, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. After the session my neck no longer feels stiff at all – such a relief. Jordan’s knowledge and skill were impressive throughout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and effective massage.
