Always a great massage, highly recommend monthly visit for regular maintenance post exercise but also to sort out the occasional niggles from every day life. The monthly subscription really works for me and ensures I keep up with the self care and prevent any flair ups of back issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Kan’s traditional Thai massage. Her therapy room is very clean and beautifully calming, accompanied with relaxing music. Kan was friendly, professional, and instantly put me at ease. Her knowledge really showed throughout the session as she tailored the treatment based on how my body responded, which made a huge difference. The stretching was new but very needed! I left feeling noticeably better both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a traditional Thai massage and I’m already looking forward to going back. Thank you Kan.

Natalie is really personable, we talked through what issues I was having and she recommended treatments and how they can help. The lymphatic drainage massage I had was incredibly relaxing and I could feel and see the benefits immediately.

I saw Toni last night (11-6-26) at club woodham. I had a massage on my legs. Toni did a great job as usual. She makes you feel very comfortable everytime and does he job brilliantly. Her advise is very helpful always and I felt better after the session. 5 stars!

First time with Maria. She was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Had a deep tissue massage. Her technique gets right into the tension areas. Very relaxing time and I nodded off for a few minutes. Extremely pleased and recommend highly.

Just had HIFU with Ella. I literally can’t believe the instant results and will improve over the next 3 months. Not all HIFU is equal, I had from another Chelmsford salon a couple of years ago and saw no difference at all instantly or later! I would highly recommend especially while intro offer available. Incredible massage with Jordan! I came in feeling so tense in the neck and shoulder areas - he used a combo of deep tissue and dry needling to release so much of the tension. I've had much more mobility since the treatment yesterday and am even breathing better. Would highly recommend!

Jess is extremely professional, making you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. I highly recommend Jess for massage (and hot stone!) treatment if you are feeling it with your training. Jess is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anyone else.
