Not my first Rodeo with Holly!! Once again, Holly excelled!! I opted for a hot stone massage with some sort of Crystal therapy (sorry Holly, can't remember the exact name lol). This was to relive stress and anxiety, 5*s all day long!! Couldn't belive how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt when I left!!! So relaxing. Holly is top of her game. Will be making this a regular thing. Thanks again Holly. Jamie

Holly was amazing and very skilled at what she does. After a consultation she got to the root of my needs and worked accordingly. The Twilight Garden is a beautiful therapy suite, warm clean and very relaxing. Easy to get to from Chelmsford and parking available. A wonderful experience and I will be back.

Holly is amazing. Spent the whole time relaxed and smiling. I had crystal therapy also which was amazing and helped my menopause symptoms. She has such a positive energy that you feel as soon as you walk into her cute cabin. I will be a regular. Highly recommend

Claire creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere and gives a massage that's just the same!

Adam is very knowledgable. He is able to offer a treatment plan to suit your needs. I would highly recommended him for any physical therapy or treatment.

I have seen Adam for several sessions following a knee injury and the improvement has been huge. Adam is both extremely patient and knowledgeable whilst also accepting when I have reached my limits. He has been very directional with my road to recovery and I would highly recommend him.

I visited Holly for a 1.5 hour massage today. I have never been a fan of massage (I find it difficult to relax) but after finishing chemotherapy I felt in need of some relaxation. Holly was great. I came away feeling relaxed but also energised. It was definitely the post-chemo massage I needed. Sue

Really loved my experience! The myofascial release massage was exactly what I wanted and the addition of the infrared therapy in the same appointment was perfect, again exactly what I’d been looking for. I really can’t recommend Holly and Twilight Garden highly enough and am looking forward to my next appointment.

My therapy was very informative and I learned some valuable facts about my meniscus tear not least that sometimes less exercise is more. I no longer go about my recovery like a ‘bull in a china shop’.

My hot stone therapy massage with Holly was amazing, she’s a miracle worker! She also gave the option to relax/lay in silence, or to chat. Left feeling all light and fluffy, can’t wait to come back for more treatments :)

Excellent! For anyone requiring Physiotherapy, would recommend Ant everytime.

Excellent experience has had review of the exercises I have been doing at home, which allows me to correct some postures and found out how to add some degree of difficulty to the exercises to make then more effective. Also had manual therapy that I believe add to the results of the exercises that are being done. Happy to carry on!!
