I had a lymphatic massage and wood therapy with Tanith and it was amazing. She was so knowledgable about the treatment and it was so relaxing, whilst also giving great results to help reduce inflammation and bloating in my mid section. As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. Thank you ☺️

Natalie is really personable, we talked through what issues I was having and she recommended treatments and how they can help. The lymphatic drainage massage I had was incredibly relaxing and I could feel and see the benefits immediately.

Just had HIFU with Ella. I literally can’t believe the instant results and will improve over the next 3 months. Not all HIFU is equal, I had from another Chelmsford salon a couple of years ago and saw no difference at all instantly or later! I would highly recommend especially while intro offer available. VERY HAPPY! Thanks lovely Ella x
