I visited Invita Spa in Costa Mesa and honestly I’m absolutely in love with the whole experience. From the moment you walk in, the service and the interior already make you feel relaxed and taken care of. The attention to detail is incredible. The head and neck massage was amazing, and the scalp cleansing was done so well. I actually fell asleep twice during the session — it was that relaxing. It was also the perfect atmosphere to fully disconnect and even meditate a little. Such a beautiful experience overall. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to truly relax and reset. ✨💆

Love this spa! Massage was fantastic. Very relaxing. If you haven’t tried an infrared sauna, you don’t know what you are missing! So much better than the traditional steam sauna. Salt cave is wonderful.

I had a wonderful head spa experience with Lexi! She was friendly and attentive. She used a special tool to zoom in on my scalp, which she showed me through her phone, and customized a plan. I was super relaxed during the head spa, perfectly comfortable staying still and enjoying the relaxing scents, ambient music, and head treatment. And afterwards you get a free drink, which is a nice touch. I would definitely go back :)

The spa was exceptionally clean, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. I opted for the massage chair, which added to the full-body relaxation throughout my treatment. The scalp and head treatment was especially soothing—I was so relaxed that I drifted off into a wonderful, refreshing nap. It was the perfect escape, and I left feeling completely refreshed.

I can't say enough! I took a friend here for her birthday and what a fantastic way to celebrate her, relax and unwind for both of us. I've been to other head spa's but this one is the top! Not only is the place set up to make you feel pampered and relaxed, the staff is kind and incredibly friendly. The service we received was top-notch and if I lived closer by this would become my regular spot! Don't miss out on this place and the amazing experience. Trust me you won't regret it.

I really need a self-care day before my wedding and I had the BEST time at Sapa! I heard about it from some local Denver influencers and it blew my expectations out of the water. I did the Spa Day package (3 hours), which included the infrared sauna, foot bath, red dao herbal bath and time in the himalayan salt room. I went on a Wednesday at noon and was the only person in there. It was so relaxing and calming that I almost fell asleep in the herbal bath and I definitely feel asleep in the himalayan salt room lol. I slept like a baby that night. I had the most amazing experience with Makinlee at Premier Beauty in Berea! I booked a Japanese head spa treatment, and it was absolutely incredible. From the relaxing atmosphere to the care and attention she gave, everything was perfect. Makinlee made me feel so comfortable, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and pampered. I’ve now had two eyebrow tints with Adina at Beautifully Revived, and today I treated myself to her custom signature facial. It was absolute heaven. The heated bed, the relaxing neck, shoulder, and face massages, the warm cloths, the hand treatment, the steam — every detail was thoughtful and soothing. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep, and my skin has never felt better. Adina’s work is truly exceptional. Her eyebrow contouring and tinting are flawless and tailored perfectly to my face. Native Plant Spa is truly a little oasis in the middle of Taos. I did the stone and herbal ritual with a friend, and it was such a special experience. I usually can only tolerate steam saunas for 5–10 minutes, but with the herbs I was able to stay for 15–20 minutes—and my lungs felt incredibly soothed afterward. I loved the rhythm of moving between the hot stone bed, sauna, and tub. Ella has created such a peaceful, intentional space, and finishing with delicious chai and energy balls was the perfect touch.

I had an absolutely blissful experience with Megan. I started with the infrared sauna, which was the perfect way to relax and prepare my body, followed by a 90-minute massage that was nothing short of incredible. Megan is truly gifted, she was able to identify and alleviate pain throughout my entire body, leaving me feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely restored. My partner and I had an amazing time at the couple’s spa. The experience was refreshing from start to finish. Truly unique. The therapists used new techniques I’d never experienced before, and it made all the difference. The pressure was just right — firm enough to release tension, yet relaxing enough to make you melt into the table. The duration and rate were perfect, and by the end, we both felt completely renewed. If you’re looking for something different that leaves your body relaxed and your mind refreshed, I highly recommend this place. It’s definitely an experience we’ll be repeating!

I even got a nice cranberry mimosa after my massage! . Do your self a favor and check out Praha Spa and Salt. If I could give 6 stars I would.
