Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. Always look forward to my treatments with you 😊

Amazing facial! Helen uses this special machine to see your skin and normally mine is super dehydrated. After Helen telling me every time I go to drink more water, it's finally paid off! First time my skin hasn't been dehydrated. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep! Thank you!

I’ve just had a full body massage and a medik8 facial with Helen. I can honestly say it was by far the best facial and massage I have ever had. My skin is glowing and feels super soft. Fabulous treatment with the fabulous Maddie. Mani, Pedi and Eyebrows. I’m like a new woman. Can’t wait to try the new treatments she has been in training for. 🥰

I have been to Gemma a few times now. I have had the hydro facial and my skin feels so much better after. The treatment is so relaxing and the treatment room is so clean and welcoming. Gemma makes you feel so good about yourself and I love the head massage you get during the facial. I also had a reiki session with Gemma, and I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep! I would definitely recommend Gemma and wished I had gone sooner.

The BEST in Leeds. I trust her with ANYTHING on my face. I just tell her to do what she thinks as she is so good. If you are looking to get anything done I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte. She’s also so lovely and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She’s such a perfectionist and her salon is unreal! X

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the ASMR facial, and it was such a unique experience! The treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish — I felt completely blissed out by the end. My skin was glowing, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Looking forward to booking in again with Gemma.

I had my appointment today for a lip blush treatment and, as always, I was welcomed into a friendly and professional environment. Even though my pain tolerance isn’t the best, I felt well looked after and reassured throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I always have a great experience when I come in for my lip treatments. Highly recommend!

Such a relaxing place for any beauty treatment, Helen is the best therapist and has a unique way of making you feel so relaxed ..wouldn't want to go anywhere else 😉

As always Gemma welcomes you into her warm house and makes you feel at ease. I had a facial and I felt so relaxed and could have easily fallen asleep. The treatment was on special offer so I quickly made an appointment. My skin feels amazing and I'll be booking in for another massage hopefully next month. I'm always telling family and friends to check Gemma socials and to go treat themselves to a treatment. 10/10 service xx

Charlotte is welcoming and caring. The salon is hygienic and tidy and aesthetically pleasing. Relaxing music is played and an excellent use of numbing cream! I am always very pleased with my treatment. Many thanks. Highly recommend.
