This was my first experience of PMU and so was slightly anxious before my appointment. There was no need...........Vic was excellent and instantly put me at ease, explaining all steps of the way, also agreeing the right shape and colour to match my skin and colouring. Absolutely gorgeous experience, went for a block of four bio peel facials. The attention to detail on my skin was brilliant and now my skin looks and feels great, with a huge reduction in clogged pores. Holly gives you helpful tips and tricks for your own skin too. Loved my treatments.

Really happy with my brows even only after one day - Charlotte took time to make sure they were the best shape and what I wanted. Pain was minimal as she kept the numbing cream topped up. Much better treatment and outcome than I’ve had elsewhere and would not hesitate to come back for other spmu.

Emma was super friendly, calming and knowledgable. She took the time to assess my skin and what would be best for me, giving me some great tips and advice for helping my acne marks. I had microneedling and it wasn’t painful at all. I felt relaxed the entire time and I’m looking forward to more sessions and seeing the results! Thanks Emma :)

I had my first ever facial with Holly! She was absolutely amazing and made me feel completely at ease! We put the world to rights too which was also great! Charlotte enhance my lips with permanent colour. The result is even better than I expected. This is not the first time I've been surprised by Charlotte's skill and eye for line and colour. I highly recommend and feel very lucky to have her within driving distance.

I’ve just had the navy back treatment and feel wonderful. Lovely scrub and exfoliation to start and then Helen found many more knots than I usually have in my shoulders and has done a fab job on them. I feel all light and floaty now and ready for a relaxed evening.

Had my brow touch up with Charlotte and had a positive experience as usual. I decided to go for a thicker brow line and I absolutely love the new look!!
