I’ve booked my 6 sessions with Hera and she’s actually amazing, the girls that work there are so good aswell. Everyone’s lovely. Been for one laser session and my hair has barely grown back. Even had mine and my husbands hydro facial and wow my skin has never felt better

She explains every step clearly before the procedure, whether it’s Botox or fillers. She is extremely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. The prices are very reasonable, and she offers touch-ups and proper follow-up care. I genuinely highly recommend her – Mona is simply the best in Leeds!

Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

I had such a lovely experience and would highly recommend. As it was my first time having aesthetic treatment, I was quite nervous, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and giving genuine advice on what she thought I did and didn't need. I never felt pressured, which made me trust her opinion completely. I felt like I was in really safe hands throughout. On top of that, she's so friendly and a great laugh, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️
