I recently had a treatment at ERA Skin Lab and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was explained clearly before the treatment, including what to expect, the benefits, and the aftercare, which made me feel completely confident. The treatment itself was professional, gentle, and tailored to my skin’s needs. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with genuine care and expertise. The clinic was spotless, relaxing, and I would definitely recommend.

Really happy with my brows even only after one day - Charlotte took time to make sure they were the best shape and what I wanted. Pain was minimal as she kept the numbing cream topped up. Much better treatment and outcome than I’ve had elsewhere and would not hesitate to come back for other spmu.

Charlotte enhance my lips with permanent colour. The result is even better than I expected. This is not the first time I've been surprised by Charlotte's skill and eye for line and colour. I highly recommend and feel very lucky to have her within driving distance.

Absolutely fantastic! I always leave feeling completely relaxed after any treatment I have had done as the salon is such a luxurious and calming environment. Maddie is so professional but friendly and makes you feel at ease.

Emma was super friendly, calming and knowledgable. She took the time to assess my skin and what would be best for me, giving me some great tips and advice for helping my acne marks. I had microneedling and it wasn’t painful at all. I felt relaxed the entire time and I’m looking forward to more sessions and seeing the results! Thanks Emma :)

What a wonderful experience! Helen made me feel so welcome and my nails look much better than they did before the treatment. I have always had very weak nails and will definitely be returning on a regular basis to build up and maintain their strength. Had my brow touch up with Charlotte and had a positive experience as usual. I decided to go for a thicker brow line and I absolutely love the new look!! Charlotte is always so informative and provides a guide about the after care too which is really helpful. I would definitely recommend her services a positive experience and beautiful salon environment.

I’ve just had the navy back treatment and feel wonderful. Lovely scrub and exfoliation to start and then Helen found many more knots than I usually have in my shoulders and has done a fab job on them. I feel all light and floaty now and ready for a relaxed evening.
